I have one here in my town and they are worst than zoning officers and sewage inspectors.

The house has not been sold since then, the tax accessor office has the lot listed as 78ft wide by 131ft deep and that is what the current owner has been paying taxes on. 

I'm considering a property in Utah that has 5 separate offices (all are currently rented) in a 11,000+sf  building in a nicer area where rents are about 3-6% lower than the average in the area. 

It is $40, must be paid in advance, and you call the Permit and Inspections office to schedule it. 

I called the office to get some advice from someone who works there about what codes i should be looking up to help me narrow down my searches.

I was told my Certified checks that were made out to “MY LLC” would not be accepted to transfer over to the sheriff office and my winning bid was nullified and the property was re-auctioned.

There are many great company's and loan officers, but finding the right combination of products, experience, knowledge and willingness to work in that side of the business can be difficult to nail down at times.

The rents are below market, the current owner does not charge any rent for outside parking spaces, the parking garage rents are below market rate, there is a beautiful unit being used as an office that could command $900/month, storage fees are not implemented, water is being paid by owner, etc.
