A food production plant could be running at a lower leveraged point as they may be more labor intensive with lower capital requirements.Not sure what the "PP industry" is, did you mean personal property?

Not a health food restaurant, but one with 5 kinds of toast and real butter.

Asking this as food for thought, as I see many people WANT to get into real estate with no money but do not get very far because they may not be ready mentally or financially. 

A high-end hotel, a food hall, lots of new restaurants, a new convention hotel between it and the Power and Light (KC's LoDo).Anyway, welcome to Denver and good luck with your investing in KC!

Just among the crew that I go camping with here's what I've seen happen just in the past 2 years:Canopy on a hybrid trailer came loose and flew off in a storm3 different tire blowoutsfridge door flew open going down the road (latch broke), damaging the fridge, countertop, and food inside. 

No problem, here's food stamps, a housing voucher, unemployment assistance, disability etc.
