Understand Local Laws:Familiarize yourself with local landlord-tenant laws to ensure you comply with all regulations.

You should have  a lot of options if it's a building that's been updated etc.Farmers itself does some weird things with their deductibles and they're very specific what they want right now.Let me know if I can help.

The private lending world can sometimes feel like the wild West, but as far as industry norms go I would say that your lender is operating outside of them. 

What we included in that was language that if something were to happen to my wife and I that there is someone third party to handle the finances until the kids reach a specific age.
