I've helped with a few Habitat for Humanity projects in the past, but the bulk of what they needed was just painting (which I don't mind doing).

Since laws are entirely created by humans they can vary wildly from state to state.

When you have a group of known players who have deep pockets the agents are going to by human nature take them the deals.. these buyers are less picky and do not require any hand holding.We have the same issues here in Portland chasing land deals. if you want to see land deals from the few agents that specialize in them they will expect list backs.In the states I work in you must disclose your a licensed realtor. but you just write that into the contract no big deal there. and if your buying off of MLS you have no issues with license capacity..

I'm a human with my own unique circumstances.Keep in mind I would only buy a house where with a tenant I'm paying about the same I've been paying since a long time and even paid while I was out of work on unemployment.

Although, Real Estate require tough skin at times, having conscious is part of being human.

If you value the their program, you devalue law, and humanity.
