As long as honest, well-intended landlords can still make an income while providing a comfortable home for people who need it, I'm happy!  

I would also just call the owner and have an honest conversation with them. 

If that doesn't help you out honestly you might be calling an electrician. it would probably take them like 20 minutes to figure out. 

I have thick skin and know that I am scattered so honest opinions and help would be greatly appreciated with no need to sugar coat anything. 

I’m a massive control freak with the skills to do the work myself so I probably wouldn’t hire it out A lot depends on your goals and the scope of work itself.The first question to ask yourself honestly is are you simply handy or do you have the real skills of a pro?

Honestly, it's a ton of data to analyze each week so I was being lazy and using abbreviations -- hadn't thought how confusing that probably is!
