Atlanta, Jacksonville, Charlotte, Raleigh have strong rent growth, employment growth and employment diversification.

Make sure you vet your contractor, trust them, give them daily tasks and make sure they meet your expectations.

Even just gopher/task rabbit type services might help them....putting out signs, putting on lockboxes, changing out locks.I think every apartment complex today is looking for maintenance people. 

So many signs pointed to big growth.

The area doesn't seem to have much development and growth, so I'm trying to figure out exit strategies.

@Cody Wagner I think it comes down to identifying the strongest markets based on your personal metrics, whether that is typical job or population growth, or something intangible, like a personal connection to the location.

But there is plenty of economic diversity and growth here. 

Are they trustworthy and will I be able to witness, as such a young investor, large long-term growth for my capital as well as consistently  profitable cash on cash return?

I’m trying to find the best way to grow my personal real estate portfolio with long term growth & or cash flow in mind.Any advice, tips or guidance is appreciated!

I would be a bit more focused on the potential growth of the investment.
