Hello BPers - I am working with a seller of a mixed-use property in Silver Spring (20902 near Holy Cross Hospital) and I'd like to either wholesale it or keep it as a rental if I can make the numbers work.

That is really great insight .i knew yonkers and mt vernons school system was terrible,i didnt pay that much thought because my own kids wouldnt be attending in those districts.when the property around you damn near triples you get the green eyed monster and wanna chase it.i will consider a little further north.im preapproved for 525k.but not looking to spend that much by any means.

Hi Guys,To answer your questions @Alon L. yes LA does permit container homes, the city actually has a green housing program that will even give you free shipping containers.

The process of sending the money soldiers out and have them return is the fastest, strongest way to build rapport.The 1st few deals i did borrowing from private person was givng them extra collateral by cross collateralizing existing property and presenting a deal that had alot of equity.

The water goes through the tile and grout and should hit a barrier of some type (redgard, kerdiboard, hydroban etc) when it dosent because there is nothing but green board there (illegal to put in showers now) well the green board soaks up water and never dries out.

You can have easements to allow one to cross the other's property but no overlap of ownership.
