Never too late to improve your situation!

Irons wood works is great for upscale finishes and any job you may have.They are doing work in Bainbridge right now, but have resources.

A tenant is almost $4,000 late with rent.Through my property manager, we were awarded judgement and possession after an eviction proceeding.

Window units are energy hogs and costing your tenant money that could force them to be late on rent.

@Matt Charette Maybe for this deal , it is too late, but there will be more deals in the future, if you stick to this.

@Tim Upton I know this is late to the thread, but I am going through this now in my two family.

Thomas my income has been inconsistent of here lately due to factors outside of work no excuses though.

If you are buying a finished lot, you likely won't need a civil engineer because the construction plans have already been approved and the site work has been completed. 

Too late to use on my current project, but would love to try for the next one.
