Chuo line is very long, but if it were a "good" station, you could most definitely find someone who would want to live there.I actually think that the lower end, affordable housing market near central Tokyo has strong demand because of the economics and lifestyle here.But I would make sure the math works right from the start.

To me Texas is going to be another LA massive traffic massive congestion .. granted real estate will benefit but lifestyle might suffer or is suffering .. all the reasons many move out of LA and SF Bay Area.

However, this house is in a great neighborhood, on a great piece of property that suits our lifestyle, we think it has great flip opportunity AND would make a great house for us for the next few years.
