Hello, Can anyone recommend a broker or a direct lender that I could get a large line of credit from to fund the down payments + closing costs on turnkey investment properties? 

It should just be the lender application which is vary straight forward from lender to lender unless your doing a construction loan. 

Specifically I am having a hard time figuring out the background check and finger printing I need in order to submit my application.
