I mean, think about it....If you have spent all that time and energy to lock a deal up that you need a buyer for, I think you have the knowledge and skill set to get the buyers on your own.

It's a zero-sum game and, generally, a waste of energy to keep moving the shells around the board hoping for a different outcome.Are there "creative" ways to finance a project outside the bounds of conventional mortgages?  

If they do, compare their terms to what you can get from the bank.For the windows, check into any energy-efficiency rebates that are available. 

A business can burn through millions before its up and running.But then people like you make me question it.How do i get there?

Subsequently, the tenant decided to squat in the house and I'm having a hard time getting them to leave.This is my first time dealing with an eviction, and I feel like I was burned by the property manager.

Ray...I feel the burn all the way here in Charlotte, NC....The Real Estate Industry is almost as ruthless as Insurance Industry.....The Golden Rule of Wholesaling.....get it under contract before marketing.and be grateful it wasn't a friend or family member....Best of luck...

Your oil cost is in the ballpark for what we pay for a RI similar property but we still have some energy improvements that would make it better.
