I am looking at buy and hold or flipping partnerships in Pittsburgh since that is an area I regularly visit and am familiar with.

I visit Austin, Chicago, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Memphis, Cincinnati, Atlanta, Milwaukee, Detroit, DFW, Houston, Minneapolis/St.

Perhaps they could visit family or friends.
