Sure wish I could remember who it was but somebody was talking about creating your own owner financed notes and they weren't a vendor.

The value is continuing to increase on Hilton Head, but with buyers sitting more on the sidelines with interest rates, deals are being done in this market that can only be done right now.

I love this idea, but would first talk with your ciry to determine the building regs.Have you done any comparison to see the cost difference than just building a typical multi-unit property with small units?
