Thank you guys for the responses i will definitely look into (NTAREI) and the BP podcasts,I am very serious about this my Dad is 63 and still working and I know that is not what I want for my self I was following Dave Ramsey but 401k saving is so slow for me and when I read rich dad poor dad it blew my mind.

However, this past summer, demand seems to have slowed, I've had fewer showings, and my rental agents tell me that the rental market in the Boston area has "changed" and they're not seeing the same level of demand.Has this been the experience of other Boston landlords, or is something else at work that explains the decline in interest?

In summary we will be just over 1/5 of the way in 2 years, but our acquisitions are increasing in velocity.As I look to increase velocity the biggest issue is cash flow management where our private money reserves get stretched and slows our roll down.

I had some new construction in Oregon ivyridgeestatescanby dot com check it out this is my project 90 brand new homes.. when things got slow last summer I thought I would lease option a few of my spec homes and Even asking for 20k down I got push back and never did close one . the folks with the 20 to 40k that I did find just bought them outright.
