Get out your tape measure, try and figure out the distance from the bottom of the tub to the slab under it and compare to the types of low profile P traps you see online.

If you're still looking try to stick to one type of assets - residential multi (2-4 units) will play a lot better in your favor than SFH.

It can be handled on line you need to claim you pay in cash etc.

The return needs to make sense but depending on the area you might settle for a smaller ROI but more of a potential appreciation play.

I've searched biggerpockets and i HAVE found some suggested online payment options but they all come with a suite of services i dont need.

It's a play on words, but might work for you if there has been no further communication.
