Homeownership in high taxed states is a complete scam for the government and banks to get rich.

The adults in the government ,The Fed, are worried about this and how it will effect the economy going forward.  

The government wants there to be a line between residential and commercial lending if possible.You can own up to 10 individual financed properties through a residential lender. 

The government is paying all or most of your rent so you don't have to worry much about getting paid.Section 8 pays 110% of market rents in my area.  

The hearing will be held at the County Government Center, located at 385 N.

The grants help, but like anything else from the government this has strings attached and will take more time.

@Jack D. and @Wendy Liu, my friend told me that collection of rents, city government, and lack of appreciation all made him wish he had never invested there.
