I'm 24 years old, college graduate (Economics), and looking for a career that will best complement REI.  

I rarely sat in a class in college because of the absolute boredom and the requirement to go at the pace needed for the "slowest" person in the room and I still managed a Doctorate. 

As well as working as a leasing consultant for my college apartment complex.I now have a full-time job, but high hopes of getting back into real estate!

There is a rental next door that is also the same style duplex (built by the same developer) going for $850 (1 unit in that duplex is already rented) and other sales in the area (SF) going for $89k.It's a college town and from sites like zillow the rents look to be $850-$1.2.

The reason they say that is to widen the market to sell what they do.If you were told, just as an example,  that only people who have good credit, $50,000 in their pocket, who has two years of college or an education in business and has an IQ over 120, how many customers do you think they would have?

What about the "Raman" brand, i mean thats all us college kids eat.

For example, if your renting out properties, a good place may be to place them on college campuses.Some other places may be on bulletin boards at laundromats, supermarkets, etc.

I still believe Suddam Hussein was the right person to govern those crazy people. 1 trillion dollars has been used that could go for healthcare such as cancer, our schools and colleges, and most important jobs.

I am trying right now to purchase a house to do 9 month college student rent by room, 3 month Airbrb.
