Can you reach out to our support department?

You would talk with the mortgage department in your local bank to pursue financing for 1 to 4 units, and to the commercial department for 5 units up...and the left hand often does not know what the right hand does.  

For our large clients we provide a fully functional finance department.

I had to babysit YourPorter at first to make sure everything was syncing/sending correctly (it took a little nudging from the tech department) but now things are humming along nicely and I LOVE it.

have you described your business model to your state department of real estate.. someone there should let you know if your doing a transaction that requires a license or not.you can usually write out your business plan make a formal request in writing and they will let you know..

If the company is large enough and they have a Community Care Department, they should be able to assist as well.
