If you want to do that in the RE world, you should explore wholesaling, that is the only way I am aware that you can still be in the game and network without having to have any money.

I’ve been wholesaling for 6 months now in the Los Angeles area, I’ve closed only a couple small deals, but I’m still working on closing my first BIG deal, I’m looking to network with more experienced wholesalers in my area who are crushing it.

Network, talk with folks.

For California as long as you’re reasonable when you are a diy type of LL it’s not illegal.

I always recommend checking out the local forums here on BP, and also checking out some local networking events.

I still have a lot of homework to do and a lot to learn and need to build a team and network.
