BP is the best resource on the internet, thanks to many who contribute, but you still need to be on your toes as we get a few bad apples here too, from time to time, but seems they will also be called out for bad info.Everyone in business wants your money the question is how much do they want and what is the real value of what they are selling.

It seems that "big boys" bid and buy a lot of properties and then they deal with it, they get good and bad apples and it works out at the end.
