What are some of the best national conferences to attend for Multi-family investors?

Hey @Tyler Mutch Unfortunately I'm not local to Milwaukee so I use a national lender to fund my deals.  

Since 2000 the top 3 nationally for total returns cash flow plus equity are LA, SF and San Diego. 

For others in BP Nation wondering about other states, many states have similar wording and similar exemptions Just make sure you have clarity from whatever state's Secretary of State corporations division office.

That being said, I'm planning to vent this unit out of the side of the basement rather than through the chimney with the goal of eventually removing the chimney once I change over all of the boilers.I have National Grid currently, but another great point for people to know.

@Budahn Darren Thank you for the information .......We have something similar in Nigeria called NHF(national housing fund).its an initiative by the government to provide affordable  housing for Nigeria workers......its made for residential properties.....
