Does anyone like one specific screening website or methodology for weeding out good residents versus so-so ones?

Search your county "parcel search", should be on your county's assessor's office website

If you have any other questions you need answered quickly go to the TAS website. 

I’ve tried using the cook county assessor website and I needed the property pin # to access the actual owner.

For that matter, what does the owner information tell you anyway as far as any type of strategy is concerned.Is your tool grabbing tax data from county websites and auto populating?

Look at some court cases-Rollins vs the Irs commissioner and there are many others  if you want a list PM me  as I don’t think I can point to a website on this forum  Don’t get me wrong I love self direction and have been working with it since 1994.

I have been trying to do some research on how to acquire lists and it sounds like absentee owners lists from a website are the most efficient way to get rocking and rolling.
