I’m looking at a few 3 units in Manchester, New Hampshire near Elm Street, it’s my assumption since everything Shops, bars and parks are on Elm that Elm is a desirable place to live/own a property.

Any out of state deal I look at is first seen by the PM to see if they are good with the area, neighborhood, street, and the building itself.

You have a whole street of possibilities for that.
