Usually these rules are put in place for a reason so you can benefit from the wisdom of perhaps issues they faced as a result of pets, smokers, drugs, hoarders, etc.6.) good return on investment - in my market at least, the condo market is appreciating quickly so my condos are growing in value very quickly.

Hello BP Family - I am looking for some of your wisdom and/or opinions on my current investment situation.

Wife and contractor loved a couple single family home to make into rentals and each one can bring in about $12k a year in income however I see the wisdom in large scale.We looked at a 5 unit row home property, currently has 15 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms but ability to go to 20 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms easily. 

Additionally the landlord is responsible for the heating and AC unit.Any suggestions or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated!

This site contains so much information and wisdom regarding real estate and has been a great encouragement.

To get there, though, you will need to question, think critically about, and ultimately defy the standard wisdom that is preached by most on BP IMO ...

If some thing does not sound right, the conventional wisdom tells you it is not right.
