Had some numb nuts try to deny me entry for a tour of a new tenant after they gave notice.

We had an in person meeting, credit check, tour of the unit, etc... and we just kind of decided based on that.

I don’t make appointment to show the unit unless they pre-qualify.And I observe them touring the property.  

All have met with us personally, toured our offices, met our team and so they know exactly how our company works.  

We get a ton of Bay Area transplants due to the lower cost of living and bang for your buck... but only 1 out of 4 people from the Bay Area that tour homes end up buying.

I will be, and already am, participating in various trainings on becoming more of a professional in the area of real estate investing. 2) My goal is to check out 100 properties whether that be visiting them, scheduling a tour and meetings with agents.

YUP fully guided tour eat there its a culture unto its own that's for sure.. lots of super sharp kids walking around there with their dogs and playing Volleyball :)

Then I would go on a world tour and give away 200 Million to the people directly.
