I have 3 properties I can't get paperwork for, and 2 other's that I'm still waiting on a decision 30 days +Section 8 sounds so great.

But it does sound like they aren't taking natural wear and tear into account and are possibly going way overboard. 

Now if you have hard wood flooring sure that can buckle but they can replace a few pieces.

But, if an upstairs toilet leaks on their bed, you are not going to replace it, that is what renters insurance is for. 

Sounds too 1987 for some of us :). but its tried and true.  

Sadly this was shut down when Gene died and they couldn't find a replacement.
