. : )I have friends that simply invest in sponsor deals and look at a spreadsheet once each month.There are tasks they have to do relative to watching over their investments but they are very minimal in nature and easily scale able.

Hi @Michael Perez,Unfortunately, VA loan limits do not scale up with unit count like Fannie/Freddie/FHA:The good news is that you can go over those limits (& your remaining entitlement) with 25% down on the difference.

@Stephen Bagnani please take this as its intended as a helpful post.. with 15k your woefully undercapitalized to enter the note business.. yes you could buy some sub prime NP note for 2 to 5k and slog through it.. and that would probably be better than blowing 30k on an eddie speed training seminar.. but the note business requires a LOT of capital.. to scale it in any fashion.

Our corporate setup is somewhat different than most REI LP or LLC and is more like a Tech Start-up which is heavily scaled to dividends, stock options and long-term recurring revenue.
