Call your local REI club owners and ask which lenders regularly attend(ed) their club and who have the best reputations.

Agent/Lender team reputation and their ability to close plays a part here too.In regards to investment strategy.

Metro Detroit has some of the best returns in the nation - if you know where to look and what to buy.Just be careful of local turnkey providers as most have bad reputations.
