Those are the reputable ones. 

You will have an investment with other people's money and they will save.Every property and circumstance is different for solar and if you are interested, be sure to run the numbers with a reputable solar company to see if it makes sense for yours.

I'm just trying to cover my butt here and not get wrapped up in something that could get messy and/or hurt my reputation by doing something out of ignorance.

They of course want to make a commission, but if they have half a brain they'll realize that letting you buy a crumby property is only going to ruin their reputation.

reputable wholesalers are there.I recommend checking out New Western; they're mainly based around LA, but they cover the whole region.I'd also check in with OC REIA; they're a great organization and can definitely refer you to reputable wholesalers in Orange County.Lastly, if you know what you're looking for, deals can be found on the MLS.

I found much Cheaper companies but this is a more reputable company. 

Even if the market is bad.They build their reputation and trust, nothing can win reputation and trust.

A PM who is willing to give-up clients (income) for the good of their reputation is a PM worth checking into.
