Hi guys,What reason is ok to use to refuse tenant in renting?

I have been renting rooms in my home as mid-term rentals and have experience in that area. 

I have a primary I have always planned to rent when I leveled up.

Then down the road 12 months or more you can refinance pull some cash out and buy another property.Atlants & Oklahoma City are both great locations just do your home work on the neighborhood for home appreciation and rents. 

This could give options to rent to students nurses etc.

I’ve got a handful of residential rental units, but for the first time I have a detached 2 car garage to rent out.

You may have a flat $xx dollar amount added to the rent monthly (specified in your lease) for utility bill back. 

There are way to many PM's not getting properties rented and they are staying vacant, there is also way to many rentals being rented less than market rent to get a "quick tenant" causing investors to lose money, you will also need that PM to be completely productive and quick to the applicants and also not trying to incentivize off of your property needing repairs.
