Many of our clients use leverage to purchase multiple properties at once (though the fannie/freddie max for residential loans is 10 at once) and devote all cash flow to paying of each loan more quickly.

Do they respond quickly for emergencies.

If I need comps quickly, it would be better if I could do it.
