They may have commercial products that are more attractive.That said, you can certainly buy it in your own name(s) and change title in the future.

When I read through reviews for a product I will take a look at the one-stars and they usually are crap. 

Find someone who takes pride in their work and productivity.

The buyers liked how good it was looking so far and trusted our work and couldn't wait to see the finished product.   

Hey Jacob, most if not all residential lenders(1-4units) offering financing via conventional/FHA or other loan products will want you to occupy the property for 12 months as part of the “primary residence” requirement for that loan down payment.

@Sanjeev Vij if you know the product you need but just need it in a specific state try posting in that state forum.

I, however, may be interested in creating a boutique MF product, which ultimately could be something a smaller time investment may desire to purchase.  

Some clubs are more about bringing in a sales person and have a product/service to purchase at the end of the presentation with discounts.
