Hey Alec - might not be able to do it 'anywhere', but if you're in a fairly populated area you should be able to find roommates for a house hack.I'd focus on buying in the best location you can buy in - potential roommates will probably want to live there too.

Once my house is fixed it is going to cause an issue for my neighbors house and potentially the next house after that.I am hoping that they will realize that this impacts the entire block and not just my house...

Buy something that's turnkey with value-add potential.

Lower risk, lower reward.Flipping by yourself or with a partner is more risk, more potential reward(also more potential LOSS).

Do not use FB marketplace for listings, FB market place is full of scams
