For what it’s worth, I just started reading a book called “A Right to Housing” (https://www.amazon.com/Right-Housing-Foundation-Social-Agenda/dp/1592134327) to better educate myself about housing policy in the U.S. in the past century.

Home prices had already been out pacing wages since 2012.

The pace will be slowed-I do foresee a drop in home prices and I believe the home builders and flippers are going to take a beating.

I have lived in large cities and also in smaller towns, and know most things are easier to do and friendlier, and slower paced in smaller towns.Would you experienced guys agree?

It was a go at your own pace program because I don't believe that it's possible to learn and absorb Yuge amounts of information in a 3 day seminar.

The wheels of planning and zoning move at a snails pace and are not too receptive to new concepts.. 

But not sure if I could continue investing at the pace I am now without the w2 income and don't want to stop.

I’m going to remove all the wallpaper myself at my own pace, in the process now, but I’ve got a lot of large wall cracks I want to make sure it’s done right and doesn’t resurface before I sell. 

It seems you have some type of agenda for bashing KW, and that's fine.
