Westminster is city in Orange County.Anyone with any size bankroll can do better investing elsewhere, as the rent to purchase price ratios here are no good.

You might get a deal to go if you work long and hard enough at it but how many easier and more fruitful deals will you have passed along the way.Have to analyze and work on the best return deals the quickest to increase your dollars per hour earned.

I live in Orange County and own property here and in Texas.

I currently work out of Orange as loan officer for a Mortgage company and we shop many banks rates all at once.

I have an orange Lab/Rhodesian Mix.

As far as hurting ARV, from an appraisal stand point, the two should be considered as apples and oranges and never come into the picture as far as value of your property.
