The only other causes have been exhaust fans vented into the attic/air space & recently we found some a/c venting running through the same area that was sweating profusely during the summer months causing significant drywall wetting at the vent joints.Last week I was at a $300k home with all (4) its bathroom venting terminating in the attic under 24inches of insulation.
