I    will also start putting together a buyers list for sure, I    would hate to get stuck with no buyer, and finally house hacking sure seems to be key from the masses so I  will be looking for creative ways to begin that as well!

When you're mass-inspecting lots of property, you have to be able to do it yourself on the front end, when you're deciding what to offer.

The area has gotten significantly worse in the last couple years and the steel mills which is the biggest revenue for the area just announced mass layoffs a few weeks ago.  

Every landlord who has tenants on vouchers up here in Mass is absolutely thrilled right about now.

Have any investors looked at or purchased property in Stockbridge, Mass?

It could cause a mass exodus and the value of your property could take a big hit for the next couple of years.

I have no idea if it's online advertising, radio, etc. but I'm guessing it's one of those mass-marketing non-targeted channels of advertising. 

One piece I didn’t notice mentioned is putting mass loaded vinyl (MLV).
