People who travel from the NYC/New Jersey area to vacation in the Adirondacks usually need a place to store their boats and other toys for the off season.

Now, Ive read multiple books, and listen to podcast almost everyday but I still does not think that comes close to being able to sit down one on one with a seasoned real estate professional to talk to them about the process. 

I know the seasoned investors are saying to wholesale, which is an extremely valid argument.
