I'm getting mixed answers if this is possible.

My assumption is my credit utilization and mix dropped but honestly above 740 who cares.

In my area, an appliance tech doing warranty work gets paid about 50% of what he normally charges.

Not sure if these numbers would work in your current area, but you probably want to own in an appealing area for other tech workers to ensure you're getting quality tenants as well as live in an area you like and enjoy yourself.

@Jay I remember hearing that Foote Homes applied for a 30 million grant to tear down and rebuild a mixed income community.
