Choosing between Denver Area suburbs
I'm based out of SF and looking to buy my first investment property (SFH - long term hold) in one of the Denver suburbs. I'm mainly looking at places such as Centennial, Lakewood, Aurora in the south vs. Boulder. I'd love to connect with fellow investors in that area to get local insights and narrow down. Thanks

Hi Pras! All of those towns are great. Also look at Commerce City. Feel free to connect with me. I lived in SoCal for 20 years and still have a ton of biz in SF so am there often (not during Covid obviously). I now live in Arvada... another town right outside Denver that is also a great place to invest!
