Is this a gurus scam or a legit investor wanting to help?

I feel like the ‘shock’ factor of economists saying the sky is falling always sells so it’s hard to determine which claims are legit about the current economy.

Is there a good platform or party to use to conduct the transaction?

Amy,Do you or someone you know have any feedback from what it is like to raise equity on a platform?

I know of several other businesses doing both flips and rentals under the same company, but my main question... what is the best method for managing this in quickbooks (or possibly another platform)?

Hey @Jerryll Noorden - it really depends on what you are trying to achieve as there are so many options, the platform also changes quite rapidly.I have eight years of experience with facebook ads and marketing message me if you still need help with this.  

@Janelle Vigario  There is so much fraud online that if this person initiated contact with you and you haven't met them in person, I'd start with the assumption that they're probably not legit until proven otherwise.

BiggerPockets is an excellent platform to utilize so I would recommend using the 'keyword alerts' function, 'search' function and lastly, stay active on the forums!
