Searching for investor friendly lenders in Orlando area

Been searching for deals and spoke to someone about a year ago to have an idea what I will be approved for in terms of the amount. Taking the first step in getting pRe-approved so I can confirm the amount I am able to spend when searching for a home. This will be my first investment property and thinking of house hacking/Airbnb which ever works with my numbers. Any suggestions of lenders or traditional banks I can contact.
