The APP itself lately has been having issues randomly.

e.g. absentee, tax liens, probate, compliance issues, or simply overgrown / abandoned.

So, I would assume that if there is any issues with the sewerage, it would reveal itself within first year and I wouldn’t need the $195 inspection.

I spent 40k in the first year bringing it to habitable and then I jumped though all the ******* crazy hoops the town made me jump through to get one of the only 6 STR permits they issued that year.

The only issue with the MLS is agents that act as gatekeepers. 

Thinking it was maybe a set up issue but unsure.
