Maybe it's good no one did, sounds like you weren't ready.Your ad is too much, judgemental statements like "this home is not a mechanics shop" need to go.

If you seek a judgement anywhere, it is only for principal of the matter it is not because you are expecting to be brought back to whole again.

Since most tenants don't show up, he/she is giving a summary judgement for the plaintiff.  

If you win the judgement then you go after the house, which I assume is the only asset in the LLC.

Would like to hear experiences and thoughts collecting judgements from tenants.Going after about 4 now.Will let my onsite PM do the filing for job garnishment or bank levy and I will give him bonus percentage on what is collected.
