When they follow up with questions or concerns I let them know this is not an eviction and doesn’t have any negative affect on their rent history -unless they don’t leave as instructed.  

If you are not a Realtor and have concerns, I'd suggest you ask a local attorney how to address such issues, if you are a Realtor, follow your Broker's instructions.
