so you and other people can have health care and go to college and maybe graduate with a useless english/history degree while a welder, construction worker, or plumber pays for 4 years of your partying.

@jodysperling  I am trying to take your response with a grain of salt.I don’t agree with your assumption that we live beyond our means - 40k in student loans for Masters Degrees and 10k in car notes and 10k on an interest free Home Depot PRO card is not ideal - but certainly not “living beyond our means.”

When asked why they wanted to work with DFS, every single one of them said it was a stepping stone to something else or that it was the only decent job they could find after getting their degree.

What’s degrees does everyone have?

Obviously right now I don't want to continue college because I would much rather focus 100% on real estate, though I am scared I will regret it in the future even though I am pretty sure I can be successful without a degree.

As long as I’m not damaging the place or causing trouble and I’m paying rent you have no reason to be surveilling to that degree.
