The current environment makes Florida even more attractive and it seems like now is the right time to invest!

I’m not necessarily looking for a mentor (which would be great) but simply being around in the same environment.

It's all about creating a win win environment!

Do you think thats a good idea in the current market environment?

If you were to go towards the chain of lakes I feel you'd have alot more business and could charge higher prices due to all the traffic the area receives for fishing and what not.

It's going to be expensive, but if we don't do it, it's going to be death by 1000 cuts.Right now, everyone is intoxicated in the "high demand" environment, but there's a lot going on beneath the euphoria that should give STR owners  concern. 

I’ve been researching seller financing strategies and I’m curious to see if anyone here has been able to create a win-win situation in a similar environment!

Every day after work they go fishing in a river. 

You can also find residents walking or running on the track, playing at the parks, enjoying the rec center, and also fishing.

HELOC's in general have gone much to the wayside once the covid environment came and many haven't come back.
