Scott, that sounds like a lot of moving parts all over the country, having such a diverse and far reaching hyper local network spanning the entire country sounds really great and complex.

I personally manage the people side (collections, move-out, promote, screening, selection & move-in) and off load the physical efforts. 

There is also a possibility that I will be promoted to "roadmaster" (basically the foreman of the road crew) within the next 2 years.

The city isn't doing much to promote this bylaw as most realtors/investors don't seem to know that it exists (or are choosing to just ignore).

There are so many diverse areas in Baltimore with different price points and different strategies.
