The nice thing about the repair and service business is that (1) repairs can't be purchases online as consumer goods can, thereby lessening demand for retail locations and (2) it is difficult for an auto repair shop to "work form a home office" as many types of small business professionals can.

The broker can arrange it and get paid, but you need to "fund at the table" with certified funds......the fewer number of fingers that touch it, the lower the risk of losing any of it.
