I've got to tell you Financeexaminer, I'm kind of shocked that you are proporting to be a real estate "coach" and yet you don't seem to have any actual experience with this stuff.

I'm considering getting some coaching from Chad "coach" Carson.

When a head-hunter later asked me to come and provide some training for the coaching staff and to help train investors on buying income producing portfolios for the "Rich Dad's Coaching" program I thought this would be a great way to network with other like minded people who had been very successful in real estate.  

He told me about his impressive years of experienced in the real estate business and how he is one of the best coach in the country.

In the REIA I'm a member of, we just had a wholesalers coaching program end that I was a helper in.  

I would caution against most "guru" courses, although I know some great investors that do have coaching programs.

Got the REI itch over 10 years ago after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and signed up for the $8K Rich Dad Coaching program that boiled down to a bunch of Kiyosaki branded books and tapes and a weekly call telling me to find a local RE investor that is doing a bunch of deals and learn from them (wait, I thought that's what I paid the $8K for, was to learn from you).  

The thing with Cardone is that he sells sales/coaching programs and also has a University. 

Coach always said pick your weakest point and concentrate on that for a month no matter what happens it will not be bad.
